NE50 rapid cooling machine for clear liquid food
The number of the bacterium can be directly translated into food safety, quality and shelf time. NE-50 manufactured to food grade standards and designed for chilling sticky and clear liquid can chill 50L -70L of liquid food from the "Temperature Danger Zone" of 100°C to a safe 35°C in just one easy step of 12 minutes. Result of the survey from an authorized third party shows that the number of bacterial in the liquid food processed by our NE machine to 18 °C is lower than that in the liquid food at 95°C.
Additional benefits of this investment include (but not limited to):
Labor saving- the machine is designed in the way that a single lady can handle from material releasing, cooling and filling, to final lifting and packing. One step cooling from material releasing to packing also prevents the possibility of cross contamination.
Modules are designed for easy installation and maintenance.
All product contact areas are made either of stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316) or silica washer.
Energy saving- our largest machine cost the same power as a portable computer does. The operating cost per pail is around US$0.036.

Remark:
-Renting of the machines and/or trial use for the period of two weeks are possible. You are also welcome to send us your food receipt so we can demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of our rapid cooling machine via video.
-Packing and insurance are included in the selling price yet transportation cost is not covered.
-Machines are subject to a full functionality test prior to the shipment; a copy of the inspection paper is available to buyers upon request.
-Each outgoing machine will be securely packed with wood crate.
